Outside the Loop is a great radio program hosted by Mike Stephen that is, "Chicago’s Almost Above-Ground Audio Magazine," which covers Chicago via radio and archived podcasts, much like the Chicago Reader does in print. Outside the Loop invited Sean Parnell of the Chicago Bar Project to join them for their 2nd anniversary at Toons Bar & Grill (a CBP Lakeview favorite.
